Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact, and include a copy of your original invoice inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided RMA number to the outside of your package and ship it back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
